1. Programme Overview
Cruise Job Coaching provides professional development and career coaching services designed to help individuals prepare for and apply to legitimate cruise line job opportunities.
The programme is a CPD Certified Micro-Skill Programme built on recognised Continuing Professional Development (CPD) principles, enhancing learners’ practical employability skills across cruise job application readiness, interview preparation, and professional career planning.
Programme deliverables include:
  • A personalised career assessment and readiness report
  • Professional CV audit and rewrite recommendations
  • A personalised list of target cruise ship roles matched to your experience
  • A direct-apply list of cruise lines and accredited recruitment channels
  • Interview preparation guidance and recruiter insights
  • A 90-Day Action Roadmap
  • Up to 30 days of follow-up support and coaching assistance
Important: This programme is not a government-accredited qualification under SAQA, QCTO, or any national authority. CPD Certification reflects recognition under the CPD Certified Association framework for micro-skills and professional development only.
Cruise Job Coaching is not a recruitment agency and does not place candidates with cruise lines. This is a private career coaching programme.
2. Course Access and Delivery
Upon successful payment, participants will receive access to the Cruise Job Coaching e-learning platform and all programme materials within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Once any personalised report, course access link, or coaching material has been delivered, the programme is considered commenced and fulfilled.
3. Optional CPD Certificate of Completion
Participants who complete the micro-course and all assessments may request a CPD Certified Certificate of Completion, issued under the CPD Certified Association framework.
Certificate options:

  • Printed CPD Certified Certificate (Delivered): R549
Certificates are optional and separate from the core programme purchase. Certificate fees are non-refundable once issued.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Our Commitment
Cruise Job Coaching is genuinely committed to honouring refunds for clients who do the work. We have full confidence in this programme and are happy to back that with our Performance Guarantee.
Our conditions exist for one reason: we want clients to actually apply the frameworks, implement the CV recommendations, and follow the roadmap. The clients who do this get results. The guarantee is designed to protect and reward those clients — not to create a loophole for people who purchase without committing.
All sales are final outside of the Performance Guarantee set out in clause 4.2. By purchasing, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood this refund policy in full and accepts these terms unconditionally.
4.2 Performance Guarantee — Conditions for Eligibility
Cruise Job Coaching offers a conditional Performance Guarantee. If the Client fulfils every condition listed below and does not secure a professional interview with a cruise line within 90 days of purchase, they may submit a refund claim for consideration.
Every condition below is mandatory. Failure to satisfy any single condition renders the Client ineligible for a refund.
  • CV Audit Implementation: The Client must submit written confirmation that they implemented all CV changes recommended in the audit report before commencing applications. A copy of the revised CV must be provided.
  • Minimum Applications: The Client must have submitted their revised CV to a minimum of 15 (fifteen) separate cruise lines or accredited cruise recruitment agencies within the 90-day period. Applications to the same company via different channels count as one application.
  • Documented Proof of Each Application: For every application, the Client must provide: the full name of the cruise line or agency, the specific role applied for, the date of submission, the submission method, and a copy or screenshot of the submission or confirmation.
  • Roadmap Completion: The Client must provide written confirmation that all steps of the 90-Day Action Roadmap were completed in full and in sequence, with approximate dates of completion for each phase.
  • Interview Preparation Sign-Off: The Client must confirm in writing that they completed the interview preparation module and participated in at least one mock interview session where offered.
  • Engagement with Support: The Client must have made use of the 30-day support window and have at least one documented support interaction on record with Cruise Job Coaching.
  • Submission Deadline: The refund request, along with all supporting documentation, must be submitted to coach@cruisejobcoaching.co.za no earlier than day 91 and no later than day 97 after the purchase date. Requests submitted outside this window will not be considered under any circumstances.
  • No Interview Received or Declined: The Client must not have received, declined, ignored, or failed to attend any interview invitation from a cruise line or recruiter during the 90-day period. Receipt of any interview invitation, regardless of outcome, voids eligibility.
  • No Chargeback Filed: The Client must not have initiated or threatened a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through any payment provider. Filing a chargeback automatically voids eligibility permanently.
4.3 Refund Amount
Approved refunds will be issued for the purchase amount less a non-refundable administrative fee of R250. This fee covers payment processing costs, CPD registry enrolment fees, and e-learning platform access costs incurred upon purchase. These costs are committed immediately upon enrolment and cannot be recovered by Cruise Job Coaching regardless of outcome.
Example: A purchase of R749 less the R250 administrative fee results in a refund of R499.
4.5 Review Process
Cruise Job Coaching will review all submitted documentation within 15 (fifteen) business days of receipt. We reserve the right to request additional evidence at our sole discretion. Incomplete submissions will be rejected without further review.
Approval of a refund claim is at the sole discretion of Cruise Job Coaching. Submission of documentation does not guarantee approval. Refunds approved under this clause will be processed within 21 (twenty-one) business days via the original payment method.
4.6 Automatic Disqualification
A refund claim is automatically and permanently disqualified if:
  • Any condition in clause 4.2 is not met in full
  • Documentation is incomplete, inconsistent, or cannot be verified
  • The Client received any interview invitation during the 90-day period
  • The Client initiated a chargeback or payment dispute
  • The Client shared, resold, or distributed programme materials to any third party
  • The Client violated any clause of these Terms and Conditions
  • The submission is made outside the day 91 to day 97 window
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client accepts full responsibility for:
  • Completing the Programme and implementing all recommendations
  • Submitting accurate personal information and a truthful CV
  • Maintaining detailed records of all applications submitted
  • Engaging with Cruise Job Coaching honestly and in good faith throughout
Results depend entirely on the Client’s own effort, commitment, and implementation. Cruise Job Coaching provides tools and guidance only.
6. No Employment Guarantee
Cruise Job Coaching does not guarantee employment on a cruise ship. The Programme maximises the Client’s probability of securing an interview through professional preparation and structured guidance. Final hiring decisions rest entirely with cruise lines and their recruitment partners. Cruise Job Coaching accepts no liability for any hiring decisions made by third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
All programme materials, templates, guides, e-learning resources, roadmaps, frameworks, and methodologies are the intellectual property of Certified Skills, a product of Persuade Marketing (Pty) Ltd. No material may be copied, distributed, resold, or shared with third parties without prior written consent. Breach of this clause results in immediate forfeiture of all refund rights and may result in legal action.
8. Non-Disparagement
By enrolling, participants agree not to make or publish false, misleading, or defamatory statements — verbally, in writing, or online — regarding Cruise Job Coaching, Certified Skills its affiliates, staff, or associated brands. Breach of this clause will result in forfeiture of any refund eligibility, removal of access, and may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cruise Job Coaching’s total liability to the Client is limited to the amount paid for the Programme. Cruise Job Coaching is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses including loss of income, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. By purchasing, participants acknowledge and accept these terms in full. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
11. Amendments
Cruise Job Coaching reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on cruisejobcoaching.co.za. Continued use of the Programme constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
